NIU students registered to vote in DeKalb County can cast their ballots in Tuesday’s mayoral election in one of seven polling places.

Polling booths are open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Polling places for each DeKalb township precinct in student-populated areas include the following:

DK 02 Douglas Hall, Douglas

DK 07 Lincoln Hall, Lincoln Drive

DK 08 Holmes Student Center, 325 Normal Road

DK 09 Grant Towers North, Grant Drive

DK 12 Stevenson Towers North, Stevenson Drive

DK 13 Bromley Dormitory, 830 Edgebrook Drive

DK 14 St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 900 Normal Road.

The precinct number, indicating in which precinct voters can cast ballots, is printed on each person’s voter registration card. For those living outside of the above-mentioned precincts, voter information can be obtained from the DeKalb County Clerk’s Office, 110 E. Sycamore St., Sycamore.
