Missouri Lt. Gov. Harriet Woods and State Rep. Peg Breslin will replace Ohio Gov. Richard Celeste as speaker in today’s speech, “Making Higher Education Affordable.”

The presentation will take place at 10 a.m. in the Holmes Student Center’s Carl Sandburg Auditorium.

Celeste was scheduled to speak on behalf of the Michael Dukakis presidential campaign.
