Forever Young

Should this be a new theme song for the City of DeKalb? Seventh ward alderman Mark Powell believes it to be great for DeKalb. Of course Mark would like the words because that seems to be his lifestyle.

Many people who observe his childish antics think of Mark as Young Forever. Unfortunately for Mark, he cannot display a capacity of being mature.

DeKalb may never use this song, but it will remain in the seventh ward as long as you choose to retain Mark.
