I’m writing this letter to thank the person who defaced a College Republican’s flyer. Your actions clearly showed how hypocritical the left is on campus. The left claims to support all students’ rights, yet they attempt to prevent an organization with different views from advertising its meetings.

On the flyer, this supporter of students rights wrote: “White Males Only, Annihilate the Right, guest speaker Adolph H. and facists.” Whoever did this is obviously very ignorant of our organization. The College Republicans invite all persons who might share some of our opinions to join our organization. In fact, our executive board includes a hispanic and a woman, and our organization has several minority and women members. The vandal also showed that the left on campus is not as non-competitive as it claims. The College Republicans are not facist and would glorify Adolph H. about as much as leftist organizations would glorify Joseph S. Therefore, I hope that the leftists on campus will abstain from petty namecalling and accusations of racism.
