Voters pick aldermen at polls today

The outcomes of DeKalb’s aldermanic races will be decided by voters at the polls today from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
esidents of the First Ward, which includes Greek Row, can cast their votes in the contest between NIU students Chris Hoagland and Dave Napoli in one of three locations. Voters from Precinct 4 will find the polls in University Village Office, 722 N. Annie Glidden Road, Precinct 13 in Bromley Apartments, 830 Edgebrook Drive, and Precinct 14 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 900 Normal Road.
The contest in the Third Ward between Susannah “Sukey” Blake and incumbent Bill Hanna will take place in Precinct 17 at the First Lutheran Church, 324 N. Third St., in Precinct 22 at the DeKalb County Farm Bureau, 315 N. Sixth St., in Precinct 23 at Littlejohn School, on the corner of 12th and School streets, and in Precinct 24 at the I.U.E. Building, 430 N. 14th St.
Voters in the Seventh Ward contest between Mark Powell, Dulari Tikoo and NIU student Karen Seymour will find the polls for Precinct 12 at Stevenson Towers North, for Precinct 9 at Grant Towers North, Precinct 6 at the Floor to Ceiling Store, 1515 W. Lincoln Hwy., and in Precinct 5 at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 830 Annie Glidden Road.
