Exploring Aspects of War Through Visual Arts (review to be posted 11/18)

The NIU Art Museum has an exhibit that explores war through a visual lens.

This exhibit can be found at Altgeld Hall, 595 College Ave., on the first floor.

The display has been up since Aug. 27 and dates have been extended through Nov. 13. The next upcoming exhibition will be Nov. 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

This exhibit is open to faculty, students and the general public as well as prospective students. 

Exploring Aspects of War In and Through the Visual Arts considers views on war and military conflict from the perspective of home and the battlefield. 

There will be a variety of works from multiple artists showcasing different aspects of war.
