NIU cooking staff hosted an outdoor barbeque Friday.

The event was organized by the cooking staff and featured pork ribs, grilled chicken and creamed shell macaroni.

Chef Joanne Thomas said the event was organized by the cooking staff and will be rotating to each residence hall.

The next barbecue will be held at Neptune, Thomas said.
