For the third time this season the Men’s Tennis team has taken home the Mid-American Conference Doubles Team of the Week.

First-year David Pata and junior Bor Schweiger Muzar were named this week’s recipients after sweeping a pair of matches over the weekend. On Saturday the duo took their match 6-3 over Butler before earning a 6-1 against Green Bay on Sunday.

The pair dropped their first match together of the year as they now sit with a 2-1 doubles record together.

Senior Eric Marbach and sophomore Kristopher Ortega took home the other two Doubles Team of the Week awards during the weeks of Jan. 23 and Feb. 6.

The team now sits with an 8-5 record with a couple non-conference matchups remaining before beginning conference play. The Huskies return to the court 1 p.m. March 9 against Valparaiso.
