DeKalb — The football team has opened up its 2018 season ticket renewals for their five-game home schedule at Huskie Stadium.

Season ticket packages will be offered, such as the Huskie Stadium Family Pack, which includes four tickets for $220. General season tickets for the east side of the stadium will be available for $60.

New season ticket holders can now reserve seats at Huskie Stadium for $35, plus a one-time shipping and handling fee, according to NIU Media Services.

“This is an exciting time for NIU and Huskie football,” said John Cheney, senior Associate Director of Athletics, according to NIU Media Services. “Many people want to feel a sense [of] community and what better way than enjoying a Saturday or a mid-week MACtion game with the Huskies.”

The new seat reservations will give fans the ability to obtain a wide array of seating options and priority over the general public when seat assignments are made during the next renewal period.

The season ticket package will include games against the Utah Utes, the Toledo Rockets, the Miami University RedHawks, the Central Michigan University Chippewas and the Ohio University Bobcats.

Dates for the MAC games will be announced no later than March 1, and the renewal deadline for 2017 season ticket members is April 28.
