DeKalb residents near the 800 block of North Annie Glidden Road have been experiencing sporadic power outages after a vehicle struck a power pole sometime around 2 p.m., according to a NIU Safety Bulletin.

A little over 1560 residents have been affected by the outage, according to a ComEd outage update.

Power is expected to be return Thursday at 9 p.m.
