Students can join campus dining for their celebration of Mardi Gras anytime between 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. today.

All dining halls will serve a Fat Tuesday meal. The theme meal gives students the opportunity to sample the flavors of New Orleans. 

The day-long event will create New Orleans-centered meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
