Students alter Barbie dolls

The Altered Barbie Workshop hosted by the Center for the Study of Women, Gender and Sexuality allowed students to show beauty isn’t perfection by altering the appearance of Barbies Tuesday in Reavis Hall, Room 103. The Alter Barbie Workshop was created so students could create their own version of a Barbie doll. The workshop allowed students to go out of the norm of what society defines as beautiful. Students were able to express and create something beautiful without restriction.
