NIU Leaders in Ethics and Academic Discipline, LEAD, will host HEAT PD with NIU Police Chief Thomas Phillips from 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesday in Barsema Hall, Room 301.

LEAD put on Huskie Ethical Awareness Talks, known as HEAT, and will bring Phillips in to discuss his thoughts on issues like ethics, police brutality and other causes of violence.
