Ellington’s, a student-run restaurant, will open from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. today in the Holmes Student Center.

Starting today, the restaurant will be open every Tuesday and Thursday and provides three course meals. 

This event is $10 per person for a choice of a starter, entrée, dessert and beverage. Also, wine selections will be available for $5 a glass.

Seating will be done on a walk-in basis if possible but reservations are always recommended.
