Cody Brownfield, freshman industrial engineering major, said geese are an increasing problem at NIU and give the campus a bad image. With a controlled geese population, the grass would be greener, longer and more beautiful, Brownfield said. The Showcase of Student Writing included a collective of English classes coming together to discuss and solve university-wide issues.
