NIU to hold annual Reality Bytes film festival
April 4, 2016
The annual NIU Reality Bytes film festival hosted by the Department of Communication will be held 9-11 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday in Cole Hall, and 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Cole Hall.
The Reality Bytes film festival, started in 2001 by Laura Vazquez, professor of digital media production and theory, was created to give film students the opportunity to screen their work in a competitive manner, according to the festival’s website.
“I think people are going to be delighted when they see what kind of films we are bringing here to NIU,” Vazquez said.
