Prism accepts student submissions on LGBT life

Prism, NIU’s student-run LGBT organization, is accepting submissions for The Pride Letter, an NIU publication that highlights LGBT life, equality and issues encountered by students.

According to Prism’s website, the publication is “a place to be creative, share thoughts and offer opinions on LGBT-related issues.”

Submissions can be in the form of written work or artwork. Accepted works include but are not limited to poetry, prose and comics.

Artwork submissions must be formatted as a .JPEG and written work submissions must be formatted as a .DOC or .RTF. Submissions must be sent to [email protected] by April 30 and are not guaranteed publication.
