The university community is invited to attend an all-campus town hall meeting from 2-3 p.m. Tuesday in the Holmes Student Center, Regency Room.

Alan Phillips, vice president of Administration and Finance, will join NIU President Doug Baker in discussing the state budget impasse and its impact on the university, according to an NIU news release.

Provost Lisa Freeman will also provide an update on NIU’s program prioritization initiative.

The university community can still submit suggestions for additional topics for discussion via online form. Microphones and postcards will be available in the Regency Room during the event for attendees to submit questions.

If you are unable to attend, the meeting will be livestreamed on the campus cable television system Channel 20.1 and video from the meeting will also be posted on the Office of the President’s town hall website soon after the conclusion of the event.
