KishHealth System will hold This One’s For the Girls Women’s Health Event from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Valley West Community Hospital, 15 W. Pleasant St. in Sandwich and 8 a.m. to noon Feb. 19 and 20 at Kishwaukee Hospital, 1 Kish Hospital Drive.

This event will feature snacks, giveaways, prizes, and free health activities including body mass index measurement, breast self-exam education, depression risk screening, blood pressure clinic and skin spot checks, according to DeKalb County Online’s website.

Call 815-786–3794 in Sandwich or 815-748-2975 in DeKalb and mention that you will be attending this event to schedule your annual mammogram at this event. An additional cost subject to insurance.
