Photo Poll: Driving to class

When snow falls in DeKalb, students have a whole new challenge when making it to class.

“I drive to classes but I have to park at my friend’s house because I don’t want to pay for a parking ticket,” said Riley Coules, sophomore English and sociology major.

“I drive to campus five days a week,” said Marina Alcantara, senior speech-language pathology major. “I have to leave at 8 a.m for a 9 a.m. class. It takes 30 minutes to get here and then I have to find a parking spot.”

“I live off-campus but don’t drive because a parking pass is too expensive,” said senior engineering major Nick Ploessl.
