SA adds routes to Elburn train stop
November 23, 2015
The Elburn Shuttle will add four routes Tuesday and Wednesday.
The shuttle leaves the west side bus turnaround of the Holmes Student Center and goes to the Elburn Station in Elburn. Shuttles are available to transport riders back to the Holmes Student Center, as well.
The shuttle, which normally runs on Friday and Sunday, will add one route on Tuesday and three routes on Wednesday, while keeping the Sunday routes, according to the NIU Tickets website. There are less routes on Tuesday to encourage students to stay for the Tuesday night football game, said Rob Jusino, Student Association director of Mass Transit, at a SA Senate meeting Sunday.
Three routes from the Elburn Station to the Holmes Student Center will be available for Sunday. The following are the routes available for this week:
• 5:20 p.m., Tuesday, Holmes Student Center to Elburn Station
