Another indecent exposure case was reported to have occurred on a bike path that connects Sycamore Road with N. First Street.

A jogger told police she saw what appeared to be a man intentionally exposing his genitals while urinating off the side of the path on Oct. 25. She said this was the fourth time the incident had happened to her in five years and she believes it is the same person, according to a DeKalb Police Department news release.

The person was described as white, 5 foot 7 inches and 170 pounds. Police say they believe the incident to be related to an earlier DeKalb Police Community Alert that stated a man had allegedly exposed his genitals to women on the same bike path in four separate incidences.

The four incidences were reported to have occurred between Aug. 17 and Oct. 19. In the most recent of those incidents, the individual forced a child to touch him on her way to school.
