The draft gathers input that was collected during community meetings in May and July. The plan consists of five visions meant to describe improvements to the city 10 years down the road, according to the draft.
The visions incude a sense of place, community vitality and a vibrant downtown, inclusiveness, accesibility and quality, responsive services.
“Collaboratively deliver high quality municipal services to those who live, work, learn in or visit our community through fiscal responsibility, transparency, innovation, and leadership, that continuously improve the quality of life,” the mission statement reads.
