Here’s what NIU students are listening to this week:

“I don’t know if I have a favorite kind of music but probably country,” said Christina Gurrieri, freshman physical education major.

Gurrieri said she does not have a favorite song, but her favorite artist is Miranda Lambert.

“I listen to country music,” said junior sociology major Gina Novello.

Novello said her favorite artist is Luke Bryan.  

“I listen to gospel,”said junior nursing major Yilshalonte Tolefree. “It’s so uplifting.”

Tolefree said her two favorite artists are Smokie Norful and Kirk Franklin, and her favorite song is “Be Blessed” by Bishop Paul S. Morton.
