Students bring out their fall colors at NIU.

Junior kinesiology major Carsie Barnes said he bought his camouflage button up from H&M.

“My style is different,” Barnes said. “It’s urban.”

Ashley Jacox, freshman business administration major, said she bought her shirt at Rue21.

“I have many styles that are unique and have many colors,” Jacox said. “The colors are my favorite part of the fall.”

Freshman biology major Kortney Maedge said she bought her boots from Target.

“My style is more comfortable and lazy,” Madge said. “I like to be ready for anything: bonfires, cuddling, getting pumpkin spice lattes.”

Joy Adams, senior business marketing major, said she borrowed her shirt from a friend and got her scarf from H&M.

“I wear what my mood is when I wake up in the morning, or I throw on the first thing I see and head out the door,” Adams said. “My favorite thing about fall is when the bugs die and the beautiful scenery begins to show.”
