Police are looking for a man who they say forced a child to touch him on her way to school Monday.

The victim fled the scene after a man stopped her on her bike around 7:30 a.m. on S. Second Street, according to a DeKalb Police Department news release. The male, who was riding a red and orange bike, grabbed her hand and forced her to touch his genitals, according to DeKalb police.

The male is described as white, blond clean-shaven and in his early 20s.
