By Northern Star staff

Community members will get the chance to make apple cider at the Sycamore History Museum’s upcoming annual Fall Festival.

Attendees will learn the process of making apple cider using an apple press. The festival will include other fall-related craft activities, according to a Sycamore History Museum news release.

This is the fifth year the museum, 1730 N. Main St., in Sycamore, has hosted the cider-making tradition, according to the museum’s website. The festival will be held 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 17.

This event is free, and tours of the museum will still be held. Call a representative at 815-985-5762 or go to bit.ly/1KZWWuS for more information.
