Early registration for Campus Recreation’s sixth annual Homecoming 5K Run/Walk will end next week.

The race will begin at 7:45 a.m. Oct. 24 at the Student Recreation Center, on the southwest corner of Lucinda Ave. and Annie Glidden Road. It will continue around the Huskie Stadium, the Convocation Center, the Outdoor Recreation Sports Complex, around Stevenson and Grant residence halls, and end back at the Rec.

Early registration, which is $25, will end at 11:59 p.m. Oct. 21. Early registrants will receive a T-shirt and a goodie bag. Race day registration is $30 and registrants will receive a goodie bag.

Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers and top three male and female finishers in each age division. There will also be a free raffle with prizes from local businesses.
