Sept. 3
1. At 2:28 p.m. Aug. 1, disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred at the Holmes Student Center. This case was suspended Sept. 3.
2. At 8:25 p.m. Sept. 2, criminal trespass to vehicle was reported to have occurred at Lot P. This case was suspended Sept. 3.
3. At 8 a.m., disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred at the Psychology Building. This case was closed by exception.
4. At 10:30 p.m., two counts of possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at Lot O. This case was closed by exception.
Friday
5. At noon Sept. 1, battery was reported to have occurred at Swen Parson. This case was declared unfounded Friday.
6. At 1 a.m., criminal sexual assault and theft $500 and under were reported to have occurred at 943 Lucinda Ave. This case was referred to another agency.
7. At 3:53 a.m., Jules Ruremesha, 23, of Ottumwa, was charged with an in-state warrant reported to have occurred at Neptune West.
8. At 8:30 a.m., theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Neptune Central. This case is open.
9. On Sept. 3, criminal sexual assault was reported to have occurred at The Knolls. This case was referred to another agency.
10. At 9:36 p.m., possession of drug equipment was reported to have occurred at Lincoln Tower Apartments, 1100 W. Lincoln Highway. This case is closed by exception.
11. At 10:27 p.m., Adam B. Lern, 18, of Willowbrook, was charged with possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment reported to have occurred at Russell Road and Lucinda Avenue.

12. At 1:22 a.m., Michael T. Bass, 20, of Columbia, was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor reported to have occurred at Gabel Hall.
13. At 2 a.m., theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Delta Zeta, 1010 Blackhawk Road. This case was referred to another agency.
14. At 7 p.m. Sept. 3, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Swen Parson. This case was suspended Saturday.
15. At 3 p.m., illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at the Huskie Stadium East Tailgate. This case was closed by exception.
16. At 3:48 p.m., illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at Huskie Stadium. This case was closed by exception.
17. At 3 p.m., two counts of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor were reported to have occurred at the Huskie Stadium East Tailgate. This case was closed by exception.

25. At 1:38 a.m., Rafael Lopez Gonzalez, 42, of DeKalb, was charged with an in-state warrant at 216 S. First St.
26. At 3 a.m., aggravated battery was reported to have occurred at 901 Regent Drive. This case was referred to another agency.
27. At 11 a.m., theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. This case is open.

28. At 8:20 p.m., aggravated battery and robbery were reported to have occurred at 300 N. Annie Glidden Road. This case is open.
Tuesday
29. At 11:32 p.m. Saturday, harassment by telephone was reported to have occurred at 370 Wirtz Drive. This case was opened Tuesday.
30. At 9:30 p.m., theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at the New Residence Hall Community Center. This case was suspended.
