An Illinois Supreme Court Justice appointed Maureen Josh, DeKalb County Circuit Clerk, to the E-Business Policy Advisory Board.
The board will define a process to address three business needs of Illinois courts including electronic signatures, electronic search warrants and electronic court records, according to a DeKalb County Circuit Clerk office news release. The recommendations will then be sent to the Supreme Court.
“It is an honor to be appointed to this board and I look forward to working with the other members to develop an e-business plan that will benefit the courts of Illinois as well as the citizens,” Josh said, according to the DeKalb County Circuit Clerk office.
