Anthropology Museum to hold 2nd De-Stress Fest

By Northern Star staff

The Anthropology Museum will hold its second De-Stress Fest 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 28 in Cole Hall.

Karissa Kessen, co-chair of the Anthropology Museum Student Advocacy Board, said the purpose of this event is to draw people into Cole Hall and the Anthropology Museum. There will be stations set up throughout Cole Hall, including tables for coloring, tea drinking, massages and art activities.

There will also be a scavenger hunt inside the Anthropology Museum, in which participants can win prizes. This event is free and open to the public.

“I feel really excited about this event. … Last year was really successful,” Kessen said. “We had about 300 students come by throughout the whole day and so we’re hoping for that kind of … attendance this year or more.”
