The Student Association Supreme Court found the Voice of Change executive election ticket not guilty of voter intimidation at a Tuesday hearing.

Robert Kreml, who was running for vice president for the Standing for Every Student ticket, petitioned the Supreme Court to disqualify the Voice of Change ticket after unsuccessfully petitioning the SA Board of Elections on March 24.

The court did not find the evidence provided by Timothy Brandner, advocate for Kreml, strong enough to prove students were intimidated into voting by Voice of Change campaigners on March 24 and 25.

“I’m happy with the decisions that we reached,” said Supreme Court Justice Jawuan Sutton. “We’ve weighed the evidence and I think we’ve all done so effectively and with the best intention of the voters.”
