Women’s tennis will play on campus this weekend for the first time in 2015 unless weather forces changes.

The Huskies (11-5, 2-2 MAC) will host the Ball State Cardinals (11-4, 1-2 MAC) 1 p.m. Friday and the Western Michigan Broncos (13-8, 5-1 MAC) 1 p.m. Sunday at the West Tennis Courts. The matches will be moved to the Boylan Tennis Center in Rockford is weather affects the matches.

Sunday will be Senior Day for NIU’s Nelle Youel, Mary Malkin, Arantza De La Torre and Stephanie McDonald.

Youel is the program’s all-time wins leaders in singles victory and combined victories. She needs one win in doubles play to take sole possession of the career doubles victories.

The Huskies are seeded No. 4 out of nine MAC teams with four regular season games to go. The top six teams make the MAC Championships.
