Baseball will take a break from conference play as it will travel to in-state rival Illinois-Chicago today.

First pitch between the Huskies (11-11) and the Illinois-Chicago Flames (7-10-1) is scheduled for 4:05 p.m. today at Curtis Granderson Stadium in Chicago.

The Huskies are coming off a series victory over the Buffalo Bulls in their conference opener this weekend. The Flames are also coming off a series victory, having taken two of three games from Oakland this weekend.

Heading to Chicago, the Huskies are 5-8 in true road games this season. The Flames are 4-3 in homes games this season.
