The deadline to submit proposals for research funding from USOAR for spring semester has changed from today to Feb. 23.

The Undergraduate Special Opportunities in Artistry & Research Program funds student-generated research projects, according to its website. All students in good academic standing, regardless of major, can apply for stipends to work on faculty-mentored research projects and travel to conferences, according to its website.

The applicants should have proposals that have been pre-approved by a faculty member.
