Gymnastics returns to facing MAC competition this weekend and looks to keep rolling out the 195-plus scores.

The Huskies (8-2, 3-1 MAC) will take on the Ball State Cardinals (1-7, 1-3 MAC) 6 p.m. today in Muncie, Ind.

NIU has recorded back-to-back scores in the 195-point plateau. The Huskies tied the school record Feb. 15 with a 195.65 and followed that up Feb. 20 with a 195.4, the third-highest score in program history.

Ball State, on the other hand, owns only one win this season — a 193.55-193.275 victory Feb. 13 over the Western Michigan Broncos.

Through eight meets, the Cardinals are averaging a score of 193.241 per meet with a season high of 193.875.
