Friday

1. At 4:32 p.m., Alejandro Osegueda, 21, of Buffalo Grove, was charged with sale or possession of hypodermic syringe/needle reported to have occurred 8 p.m. Dec. 1, at New Residence Hall West.

2. At 1:44 p.m., Geneva Fowler, 19, of Hercules, CA, was charged with delivery or possession with intent to deliver, possession of cannabis over 30 grams and possession of drug equipment reported to have occurred 7:34 a.m., Jan. 20, at 5 Northern View Circle Drive. At the same time and place, illegal possession of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred and closed by exception.

3. At 2:18 a.m., possession of drug equipment was reported to have occurred at Stevenson South. This case was closed by exception.

4. At noon Sept. 13, 2013, deceptive practices was reported to have occurred at Neptune West. This case was opened Jan. 23.

5. At 8:20 p.m., harassment by telephone was reported to have occurred at Gilbert Hall. This case was closed by exception.

6. At 9 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under reported to have occurred at Stevenson South. This case was suspended.

Saturday

7. At 1:40 a.m., Louis Poyer, 18, of St. Charles, was charged with an in-state warrant reported to have occurred at 809 Kimberly Drive.

8. At 4:15 a.m., motor vehicle theft and theft of labor or services were reported to have occurred at IHOP, 131 N. Annie Glidden Road. This case was referred to another agency.

9. At 9:09 p.m., Owen Murray, 18, of Frankfort, was charged with possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and unlawful possession of a firearm or firearm ammunition and Howard Burton, 19, of Chicago, was charged with possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug paraphernalia reported to have occurred at 700 N. Annie Glidden Road.

10. At 10:20 p.m., illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of cannabis 30 grams and under were reported to have occurred at Stevenson South. This case was closed by exception.

Sunday

11. At 1 a.m., illegal possession of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall East. This case was closed by exception.

12. At 2:47 a.m., Demario Holcomb, 28, of Rochelle, was charged with possession of drug equipment and resisting, obstructing and disarming an officer reported to have occurred at the 7-Eleven parking lot, 700 N. Annie Glidden Road.

13. At 2:51 a.m., Kristian McCullough, 26, of DeKalb, was charged with resisting, obstructing, or disarming an officer reported to have occurred at University Heights, 1120 Varsity Boulevard.

14. At 4 a.m., disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred at Neptune East. This case is open.

15. At 4 p.m., theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at the Recreation Center. This case was closed by exception.

16. At 10 p.m., Shekinah Bennett, 19, of Maywood, was charged with battery reported to have occurred at Stevenson Hall.

17. At 10:30 p.m., theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Neptune Central. This case is open.

Monday

18. At 3:10 p.m. Jan. 20, criminal defacement of property was reported to have occurred at Neptune North. This case was suspended.

19. At 4:56 p.m. Dec. 15, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at the Art Annex, 2211 Sycamore Road. This case was opened Monday.

20. At 6 p.m. Friday, theft of lost or mislaid property was reported to have occurred at Neptune East. This case was opened Monday.

Tuesday

21. At 4 a.m. Sunday, criminal trespass to real property and disorderly conduct were reported to have occurred at Neptune East. At 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, Joseph C. Graves, 19, of Chicago, was charged.

22. At 6:02 p.m., illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, two counts of possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at Neptune East. This case was closed by exception.
