NIU basketball creates contest with Hawaii vacation prize for students who attend games

Men’s basketball is offering game attendees a chance to win a vacation for one to Hawaii.

Would-be vacationers must go to NIU basketball games this semester and show their OneCard at the promotions table. In the second half, a student’s name will be called; that student will then be able to claim his or her spot as a finalist in the contest.

Fourteen finalists will compete in games during the final two home games of the semester and the winner will receive a one-week stay in Waikiki, Hawaii, and round-trip airfare for one for May 2015.
