The hearing for fraternity members accused of hazing a freshman pledge who was found dead in the fraternity house has been postponed until Feb. 23, according to the County Clerk’s Office.

David Bogenberger was found unresponsive Nov. 2, 2012, at the former Pi Kappa Alpha house, 1020 W. Hillcrest Drive. Bogenberger had a blood-alcohol content of .351 percent that led to an arrhythmia, according to the coroner’s report.

The Bogenberger family filed a wrongful death lawsuit for more than $100,000 against fraternity members. Five members of the fraternity face felony hazing charges and 17 people face misdemeanor hazing charges.
