An apple pear crisp was served at Ellington’s Peared Together event Nov. 4. The restaurant incorporated pears in each item in the three-course meal, which included a sweet potato and pear soup appetizer and Santa Fe stuffed pepper entrée. Ellington’s hosts themed food events 11 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Holmes Student Center.
