A DeKalb woman drove a Dodge Neon into Wing Stop and Panda Express Monday morning, police said.

Lt. James McDougall said Precious Johnson, 19, of DeKalb, drove onto the curb and sidewalk while attempting to park and struck the buildings, 1015 W. Lincoln Highway, at about 12:03 a.m.

Johnson said she had fallen asleep while driving, according to a police report. She was not intoxicated or under the influence of any substance, McDougall said. The incident was ruled an accident and no charges have been filed.

The stores’ front windows were smashed, but no injuries were reported.
