Ellen Divita has been selected as DeKalb’s Community Development director.

Divita begins serving Nov. 20.

The Community Development director was a position City Manager Anne Marie Gaura recommended during the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget process. The director position will lead and manage a reconstituted Community Development Department with a staff of six full-time equivalent positions.
