Ellington’s will commemorate the history of NIU with its A Walk Back In Time dinner Tuesday.

Facts about the history of NIU and the progression of the academic course over the years will be posted around the restaurant at the event. Entrees for the event include pomegranate citrus chicken with sesame rice and Tuscan pasta with garlic bread.

Located in the Holmes Student Center, Ellington’s is a fine dining restaurant run by nutrition and hospitality students. Three-course menus for $10, including beverages and tips, are offered 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday.
