• At 1:14 p.m., Joshua J. Katrein, 19, of DeKalb, was arrested on charges of DUI and possession of cannabis and was later released on bond. Jessica L. Katrein, 18, of DeKalb, was arrested on charges of possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia and was later released on bond.
