County to collect holiday lights

The County Health Department will host its annual Holiday Light Recycling Program.
This year the department is partnering with DeKalb Iron and Metal. The recycling program will run from Nov. 18 until Jan. 13 and will accept mini-lights, C7, C9, rope, LED lights and extension cords.
Those who want to recycle their lights can do so at:
• City of DeKalb Municipal Building, 200 S. Fourth St.
• DeKalb County Health Department, 2550 N. Annie Glidden Road
• Haish Gym, 303 S. Ninth St.
• DeKalb Park District Sports and Rec Center, 1765 S. Fourth St.
• DeKalb County Farm Bureau, 1350 W. Prairie Drive
• Sycamore Centre, 308 W. State St. in Sycamore
