Monkey Business lecture to take place in Sycamore

The Midwest Museum of Natural History, 425 W. State St., will host Monkey Business 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday.
The event will include a lecture by anthropology professor Leila Porter. Porter’s presentation will focus on her conservation work concerning threatened monkey species in the Bolivian rainforest, particularly the rare Goeldi’s monkey.
There will also be monkey-themed games and activities for children ages 4 and older while adults attend the lecture.
Both the lecture and children’s activities are free with museum admission which is $5 for children and seniors and $6 for adults.
