• Christopher S. Lewis, 29, of Chicago, was charged with domestic battery and trespass to land.

• A minor was charged with simple battery.

• Christopher R. Fillmore, 50, of DeKalb, was charged with having a dog at large.

• Arnulfa Rodriguez-Martinez, 29, of DeKalb, was charged with obstructing justice/identity.

• Rogelio Arguelles, 29, of DeKalb, was charged with obstructing justice/identity.

• James Mallett, 28, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery.

• Police met with a victim who reported a disorderly conduct that occurred over the phone. An investigation was started and Rodney Stanton, 48, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly conduct.

• Devonna J. Scott, 18, of DeKalb, was charged with retail theft at Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road.

• David A. Grayson, 33, of DeKalb, was charged with illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor, no insurance and driver’s license suspended/revoked.
