Do It Yourself: Cut T-Shirts
September 23, 2013
Show off creative ability by going Edward Scissorhands on your shirt.
Wear this cut-up T-Shirt while working out or at a party. A T-shirt and a pair of scissors are the only things needed for this quick do-it-yourself project.
Start by laying a shirt on the floor completely flat. Cut off the neckline and sleeves, but save the neckline fabric because you will need it later. With the sleeves, cut a big arm hole from the top of the sleeve to below the bottom of it. Just remember: The more you cut, the more skin will show.
Flip the shirt to the backside and cut a deep V into the back. Stretch the neckline fabric and tie it onto the top of the V that you cut in the back. Wrap the string all the way down the back and tie it at the bottom.
Put the T-shirt on its side and cut diagonally from the front to the bottom.
Wear the T-Shirt with yoga pants, a zip-up hoodie and this shirt. It also adds a nice and relaxed feel to the outfit. If you want to dress this shirt up, all you have to do is put a bandeau underneath; it makes this outfit less workout and more night out.
