Comedy frontman and “Jackass” star Steve-O will perform at NIU.

The last big comedian to perform at NIU was Kevin Hart, whose show sold out. The Campus Activities Board is hoping to have a similar turnout with Steve-O.

“We just posted the tickets today, and we’ve sold a lot already, so a lot of students are excited and pumped to see Steve-O,” said Martha Ross, board vice president of Programming.

Tickets are on sale and cost $5 for students and $10 for non-students. Students are allowed up to two guests, and can purchase tickets online at niutickets.com.

There will only be one showing from 8 to 10 p.m. Oct. 4. The doors open at 7:30 p.m.
