Police Reports: July 15-July 20

July 15

• At 1:45 a.m., Joshua I. Hardy, 20, of Chicago, was arrested for a warrant for failure to appear in court. Hardy was released on $375 bond.

July 16

• At 6:20 p.m. on July 15, officers responded to a report of theft at Founders Memorial Library. An investigation was opened. At 6:28 p.m. on July 16, the case was closed.

• At 11:30 a.m., an officer responded to a report of an animal left alone in a car. The officer contacted Animal Control, which retrieved and took custody of the animal.

• At 7:40 p.m., Chrissandra R. Glenn, 27, of DeKalb, was arrested for resisting, obstructing and disarming an officer after officers acted in regard to a battery in progress.

Wednesday

• At 2:50 a.m., Cardell Howard, 31, of DeKalb, was arrested during an investigation on a warrant for failure to appear in court in regard to an argument on the 800 block of Greenbrier Road.

Thursday

• At 9 a.m., Travis W. Slaughtaire, 20, of DeKalb, was arrested for theft at Anderson Hall.

Friday

• At 1 a.m., an officer responded to a report of trespassing. The trespassers were given verbal warnings.

• At 10:27 a.m., Alexis Boling, 19, of Belvidere, was arrested at the corner of Annie Glidden and Twombly roads for providing a fake driver’s license during a traffic stop.

• At 10:30 a.m., Daniel J. Wallace, 25, of DeKalb, was arrested for illegally using a credit card at University Village.

Saturday

• At 11:14 p.m., an officer on duty pulled over a car on the 700 block of North Annie Glidden Road. The drive, Andre Cross-Boler, 24, of Chicago, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
